This Privacy Policy ("Policy") sets forth the aMuse™ ("aMuse") policies regarding the collection and use of information via this Site.

INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE

General
All visitors to the Site ("Visitors") understand and agree that aMuse may collect, maintain, and process information provided by them to aMuse, and information collected by aMuse concerning such Visitors, on and through the Site. aMuse is committed to complying fully with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 ("COPPA"). Registration Information
In order to be allowed to participate in certain "charter members only" activities ("Member Activities"), aMuse may require Visitors to register with the Site by, among other things, providing contact information such as (for illustration purposes only) user ID, password, name, title, department, business address, business telephone number, business e-mail address and other contact information ("Registration Information"). Certain portions of the Registration Information concerning the Visitor may be used for evaluating qualifications for participation in the Member Activities. aMuse may also use Registration Information to communicate with Visitors regarding proposed changes to the Member Activities, billing, help desk and other activities relating to the operation of the Member Activities. aMuse may disclose the Registration Information of a Visitor to administrators and/or other parties who are designated by such Visitor (through such Visitor's use of the Site or otherwise) to be provided access to such information. At Your option, some portions of Your Registration Information may be made available to other users of the Site in online directories, search features and/or Peer Groups. aMuse may also use Registration Information to send Visitors information about products, services or events available through the Membership Activities and offers made available by aMuse's partners, which may be sent by aMuse or the aMuse partner making the offer. Instructions on how to request that aMuse not send future communications or that aMuse not share Registration Information with third parties, are set forth in OPT-OUT CHOICES below.

Usage Data
aMuse will record and collect information about how Visitors use the Site. This data may include a Visitor's domain name, language, type of browser and operating system, Internet Service Provider, Internet protocol (IP) address, the Web site from which the Visitor arrived at the Site, the amount of time spent on the Site and the ways in which the Visitor uses the Site (collectively, "Usage Data"). aMuse will monitor and use Usage Data in aggregated form to measure the Site's performance and improve the Site's design and functionality. aMuse may also use Usage Data in aggregated form to develop and distribute to third parties statistical and other information about how the Site is used and for other marketing purposes. aMuse may also disclose aggregate Usage Data to other parties. aMuse may also use Usage Data in unaggregated form to investigate and prosecute security violations or to identify the particular Visitor who engaged in particular transactions.

To "opt-out" of (i) receiving communications from aMuse (except for communications necessary for the operation of the Site, or as otherwise permitted under this Policy), (ii) having contact information disclosed to third parties (except as necessary for aMuse to operate the Site, or as otherwise permitted under this Policy), or (iii) any other consent previously granted for a specific purpose concerning Your personal information, send an e-mail to the aMuse Data Controller.

REVIEW/CHANGE CONTACT INFORMATION
Requests to review or change Registration Information previously provided on or through the Site may be made to aMuse by sending an e-mail to the aMuse Data Controller.

LINKED SITES
aMuse may provide links to third parties' Web sites ("Linked Sites") from the Site.
